Just a thought - perhaps some of us regulars here should get together for a game of JKII, or perhaps JK/MOTS. I'm sure it would be fun ;) If it was JKII I'd make sure everyone had the Commando, Gammo, Boba and Kyle models to make it a true DF game...  [Read More]

You need to get the update somehow. You need at least version 1.03. There is a bug in the retail version of the game (1.0) where the MODs menu doesn't work correctly, and no MODs will show up. Also, the MOD utilises some features from the 1.03 update...  [Read More]

I can't remember having any real trouble with Dark Forces. I found the combat harder than the puzzles. I practically wet myself when I first saw a Phase 2 ;) The Detention Centre was always a favourite. Having said that, they were all classic levels...  [Read More]

It also depends on the size of the outdoor area. The outdoor area of Secbase is fairly small, whereas Gromas' is huge. There shouldn't be an issue there......  [Read More]

I believe that only happens in wide open areas, like the courtyard in Secbase. That doesn't happen in corridors and the like, of which DF is mainly composed. If it does prove to be a problem (unlikely), I'm sure there are ways of scripting the enemi...  [Read More]

Heh, you'll be pleased to know that the mesh for the Dark Trooper has undergone some big changes. As has the skin :p Having said that, the version in the logo looks far better in game - you just have to see it. Hopefully I'll have some screens soon...  [Read More]
