p4 + 256mb ram +GeForce2 Ti = Lag

WTF? I have the following rig:
Intel P4 2ghz
i845 m0b0
256mb ram
GeForce2 Ti 23.11 drivers
SB audigy
WIN XP Homo
etc..

and I have laggy gameplay when playing this game. For example when the Liberty is attacked it is SERIOUSLY laggy.

Weird thing is the game was as smooth as silk when I played in on a Win98 p3 500mhz platform.

Some1 please help!

Try change the Video Card to GeForce in Option menu.
Maybe there are two different video card.

It doesnt give me the option to change video cards. It only shows the software, not my GeForce 2 card. Really frustrating. need help..and yes I have the most recent drivers for the card...
