Can anyone tell me how to taunt in a multi player game?

I don't know why you posted this under mapping/levels, but I'll answer anyway.
Bring up the console by holding shift then pressing the ~ key.
Then if you want to bind taunt to the f1 key for example, type this in the console:
bind f1 +taunt
