Make a subforum where everyone can post their scenarios and they can be made stickys and everyone can survey each person's ideas. Below, there would be a comment thread for each scenario.

I've seen project forums come and go, and post of them are pretty pointless. No offense WC.
Well, I haven't seen one as of yet. I think we should have one, or at least make all scenario idea threads sticky's, like the Naboo campaign.
