Do you mean Flash as in macromedia?

Personally I use livemotion, I made a quick thing for JK2 last week, its not much but just my contribution to the fan section..

I know a bit of Flash, but not much, and Iv not used it in some time
If you dont know anything at all try with the included tutorials, there are pretty good to start
