Help with Taina's Replacer?

Hello. I'm having a problem with Taina's Replacer. Every time I use it, then test ingame, there is a big spike somewhere on the model! I've only done heads with the replacer so far, but every attempt has went the same way. Help would be much appreciated.

Uncheck all boxes that end in "_g". I've answered this same question on like three other threads :p

See if it works for you.
