I want to know if I can remove them from the .git , if the module needs retexturing or if it can be done at all.

Hmm :raise: well extract the 151har.git, then try deleting some -or all- the STRUCT IDs which template TemplateResRef is plc_rsldcrps. Those could be the unlootable corpses.
