Does anyone know the exact dimensions (in px and color depth) of the TSL bik movies?

I tried playing them with media player classic but it couldn't render.
 RAD Game Tools Splitter v1.0.0.0
Enables playback of .SMK Smacker and .BIK Bink videos in all DirectShow
players including Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic.
The RadGtSplitter.ax splitter requires smackw32.dll and binkw32.dll in
 order to work.
Media Player Classic version 6.4.7.5 had internal support for Smacker/Bink
media files but Gabest was forced to remove it from versions 6.4.7.6 onwards.
To re-support it, Gabest would have to pay
www.radgametools.com) about $8000
for two SDK licenses. Screw that! This release is NOT by Gabest but to
support/thank him for the magnificent work in his open source guliverkli
project of which MPC is the main masterpiece. Keep up the great work Gabest!
I hope many others agree and find this release useful.
 Installation:
 1. Copy all three files RadGtSplitter.ax smackw32.dll binkw32.dll to the same
directory as mplayerc.exe or any other preferred DirectShow player.
DO NOT copy smackw32.dll or binkw32.dll to your Windows or Windows system
directory because binkw32.dll will complain with an error message.
 2. Start a command prompt and change to the directory where you copied all
the files. Enter the command "regsvr32.exe RadGtSplitter.ax" to register
the DirectShow filter and you are all done.
Now you can play Smacker or Bink media files directly in your favorite player
without having to use the crappy SmkTools.exe or RADTools.exe utilities from
 the very badgametools mob.

Also ffmpeg and mplayer/mencoder can transcode and play Bink files
 Ok, that worked, thanks :)
I was working on an intro rollover for my project, and I'm using the 640x272 resolution for the clip. Thing is, when I try to export the thing in avi from AfterEffects, it converts it into either 4:3 or a widescreen format and size-distorts the render... which is bad. (not to mention the output size, 1.5+ gigabytes, which is REALLY bad)... anyway, I'm trying to get the thing to render on 30fps and to a stable, low-loss encoder format which the Rad Tools actually support. Some work, huh?
I don't know if Rad Tools supports AVC/H.264 but x264 is very good for detail retention even on low bitrates. Something like --crf 16 is probably visually lossless
x264 supports reading Bink files using libavformat (--demuxer lavf) but for some reason doesn't detect correct framerate so it has to be specified (--fps 30)
 x264 DanMov01.bik --demuxer lavf --preset fast --crf 16 --tune film --fps 30 -o DanMov01.mkv
