Twi'lek Apperance Probelms

Heya Holowan,

I'm having a problem with Twi'leks. All of them. No matter what color i reskin them to, or when i download a "Playable Blue Twi'lek Mod"; no matter what, they are always green!

Is this normal? In the game they can be all colors, ive seen them orange, red, blue, etc. But i cant get to play as a different color.

Can anyone help me out here?
