Does anyone know of a way to extract dialouges not in the kotor tool but one specifically called swoopmc.dlg


First, which game is it for, KotOR1 or TSL? In KotOR1 module-specific dialog files are found within the *_s.RIM file of that module, while in TSL they are found n a separate ERF file with the same name as the module but with a *_dlg.ERF extension. Global conversations are found in templates.bif for KotOR1 and in dialogs.bif for TSL.

Its for TSL. I have found it now.
