Is it possible to create a whole new playable Mandalorian(the armour Boba and Jango wear) faction?

If not, how about Jango and Boba Fett?

Check the mods at gametoast.com, a team is currently making a Mandalorian mod and the Bounty Hunter Faction mod is already out!
