Patch Trouble : Old File not found.

When the patch processes the manual, I get this error:

Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since the file contents do not match.

I really don't understand how I could be getting this error as I haven't modified any of the files in the Kotor2 directory at all.

Anyone else running into this problem?
