I wonder is there a way to edit the font files in Escape From Monkey Island (*.laf)?

The EMI font is the JSLAncient font . You can get it on some Disney website.

My idea is not to rip this font. I want to make EMI to read cyrillic characters. Is there a way to EDIT the font? I know how to precompile the .m4b files, but I don't know how to edit the font.

Please help me if you can.

10x for the .laf file specification. I think it would be useful. But also I think it's little old (1999). In 2003 Benjamin Haisch has released emi-viewer where he succeded in visualising the .laf files. So it look like the full specification is already known. Is there a way to get it?
