I want to know what is the program I use to open the model.glm to change the hair of one of my skins.
I also would like to know where I can find it.

Well lets see, my n00b JA modding skills may be wrong, but I don't think that you edit the glm. First you have to convert it (dunno how) into a format for 3ds Max/Gmax.
