Can i limit sabers so that only normal/dual/staff can be used ??

You can theoretically disable the Lightsaber by disabling Force Power "Saber Attack" (aka Saber Offense) using the Force Power Disable calculator on Jediservers.com or similar.

As to the others I don't know... but why would you want to (in the last case)?

Siege is balanced for classes. I suppose it would be easier just to make your own Siege Map with ranked Jedi (instead of classes) in mind... but that's just me.

Can I increase enemy ai life, just the saber weilding enemies, dimemberment is cool but it really puts a damper on saber duels.
