Radiant shots are fun:

This is going to be a MP level.. but..well.. really huge. Not sure which modes yet. Probably FFA, it's so large CTF or even Siege would work.. doubt it'll be anything over maybe a very asymmetrical CTF/FFA map... much more likely it'll be a huge FFA map, maybe with a driveable ATST or something. I dunno.
Oh, and the 32708 brush count wasn't intentional. I had messed up the terrain a bit, it's much much lower now.

I think the purple texture is way too repetitive.

Looking great Gonkish, can't wait to see it in-game! :)

Hey, come on. Work rather on your SP level. But this also looks cool. I Hope you will get still reasonable FPS, if you add a lot of details.

Lightmapped terrain = fun. Its a bit muddied though, that'll be fixed. The bright white light in the middle of that bigger building will be changed. I'm probably going to have to put a foghull on this one as I'm well past the draw distance of the engine, so I need to mask that somehow. This is one huge sucker of a map...

EHm.. that can simply be solved by increasing the blocksize, think...

Sexy terrain, Gonkish! And that's a very nice Dreadnaught hanging overhead...what role does it play in the game? Scenery? Orbital bombardment? (That'd be cool, push a button and one bit of the map gets WASTED!!) Objective fulfillment?

Only eyecandy. I could do orbital bombardment, but maybe in another map sometime...

aw comeon, orbital bombardment would lag the hell outta my radeon 9800 pro, so thats always fun :p

    Great lookin Map :D
Should be a nifty map to play around in :D

    It's ok ... I guess ...

Oh yeah, were you ever gonna write a tut about the ... meta shader stuff?
