anyone know how to read these as i just get a load of crap or is it wait for raven to realse the tools for this ?

i think, only Raven must release tools for *.weather files. Because, weather files -- it's add only in JA

Didn't SOF2 use the same weather system? You might be able to get it to work with their mod tools.
