I was wondering where I could find the thread about getting your character to wield the Two-handed saber plus a standard saber
there is a great screen shot on the jediknight.net mainpage but no link.

I would love to try this out

Just search it in the Search bar in the "Jedi Academy" or any other forum in "LucasForums"...simple and this goes to everyone else too.
