I'm at the return to Peru level...

I'm situated after the traps. (same as Raiders of the Lost Ark) There that bowlder at the top of me and if I jump, that bowlder just come over me...

I don't know what to do there

You go foreward until the boulder starts to roll towards you, turn around and go back into the room that triggered the boulder. Once the boulder rolls up the wall behind you, start running. The boulder will come back down and start rolling behind you. Run like the wind, whip over the pit, run some more, then use the whip to climb up.
